BODY ARTIFICE XR

Body Artifice is a corporal performance recorded in the digital medium of mixed reality. The capture and storage of the performer's three-dimensional mesh was performed by customized software. The movement transformation process was transferred to a three-dimensional stopmotion animation sequence. A second software was developed for consumption and face-to-face visualization of the performance in a public space through tablets. In the exhibition space, immersers could approach and surround the virtual body of the performance thanks to the mixed reality device.
